Step 1. Download and install the Mi PC Suite APP on your PC.

Step 2. Open the Mi PC Suite APP on your PC.

Step 3. Power off your Xiaomi phone.

Step 4. Hold and press the “Volume up” key and “Power” key at the same time. Then the recovery menu should appear.

Step 5. Press “recovery”.

Step 6. Connect your phone to the PC via a USB cable.

Step 7. The the Mi PC Suit will identify your device and display your phone’s ROM version.
